COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
Like all Canadians, we are deeply concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic. As result, we are taking special measures to ensure both your safety and ours.
At the same time, we pledge to deliver the same friendly, professional level of service to which you are accustomed.
Our COVID-19 Policies
March 2021 Update: Our office is open at this time. For the sake of safety, however, our doors remain locked so we can restrict office access to one client at a time. As usual, client visits will be subject to the restrictions and precautions outlined by the Province of Ontario (i.e., social distancing, screening, masks that cover the nose and chin).
During normal business hours there may be times when we are working remotely. Rest assured; whether we’re in the office or not, we are committed to being accessible to you and delivering the high level of service to which you are accustomed. You can always reach us by telephone (613 962 6356), email, or by text message (204-400-5323) during regular business hours.
Recommendations:
With the personal tax season approaching quickly, we encourage the following:
- If you have documents to drop off, please enclose them in a sealed envelope and insert them into the dropbox to the left of our door. If the dropbox is unable to accommodate your envelope, please call (at 613 962 6356), email or text us (at 1-204-400-5323) for alternative instructions.
- If possible, please consider sending your documents electronically.
We also offer consultations via telephone, email, or virtual meetings so there’s no need to meet in person if you are part of a vulnerable population, or have close contacts who are.
Thank you for your understanding and commitment to remaining healthy! Together, we will get through this!
